My site rank is in top 9000 of Alexa ranking, consist of funny picture and video, similar to 9gag, traffic's around 40mil pageview per month, but Google always rejected my appliance. They said my site's content is not good.

Does anybody can help me with this? I want to have a Adsense account.

    Thank you guys

try to add some quality text content and then re apply.
I guess Adsense would accept your site if it has some quality text content along with pics and videos.

    Best of luck,

The admin of that site would have applied to adsense with another site which has quality text content in it. Once the site is aproved, he would have started using adsense in 9gag,com

Yes it is - If you want to get banned as fast as possible that is. Every site you run adsense on has to comply with the TOS and website quality guidelines, so if they've rejected you for your site not meeting these, don't you think that with your 40million page views a month that if you get an adsense account for another site and then stick it on this one that your adsense revenue might jump up ever so slightly as for them to look at the site making the income? Then they'll see it doesn't comply and ban you.
Also I don't like to add the double whammy, but they've rejected your site already, so the minute you try and put any code obtain from elsewhere up, either blanks spaces will show and/or within around 48 hours the account will be banned. Do you think they are so stupid as to not keep track of what sites they've rejected and take measures to stop ads appearing on them by backdoor means?
The triple whammy? Adsense is a contextual advertising program which means that it bases the ads it serves you with based upon the text on your site, so if your sites just images how exactly is adsense going to know what ads to service it with? Reason for being turned down alone.
The quadruple whammy? Adsense doesn't allow you to make money off third party content that you don't own the rights to. So unless you own the IPR to every image/video then you have no chance of getting approval. Also just one provocative image (Doesn't need to be porn or even nudity) and they can turn you down.
Reading up on the adsense TOS would have saved you a lot of time as all the guidelines you are need are in there. The TOS and website quality guidelines govern what criteria your site has to meet to get approved. If you can't take time to read them then don't expect google to take the time to approve your site.
Just saying you want to run adsense because you have 40 million views a month won't cut any ice with google unless your site meets their criteria - you might not like this but you will most likely have to accept it.
Buy an account on fiverr if you must waste your money, as unless your site meets their criteria you'll just get banned time and time again.

    9gag.com DO NOT have adsense!

EDIT: I take that back; they do have adsense sometimes and others at other times - they mix it up

You can apply for an account on blogspot, and then put the adsense code at your site.

Thanks for your detailed comment, that's quite serious lol...just kidding anyway. I have something to say too.

About 9gag.com, you must see they're using adsense, right? It doesn't matter their account was approved for 9gag or for any other site, it's worked well until now, and bring them hundreds thousand $ monthly I guess. Only images and sometime videos, still huge income from adsense. So what?

Then, Google says that if you have an account for one site, you can put the ad on multiple sites and no need for more application or approval, provided they're not against ToS. Google doesn't allow you to create multiple adsense account too, just only one for multiple site you have.

Anyway, my site has actually run with Adsense for 4 months, but I use code from a local advertising agency. I guess they have a premium account or something like that. So it mean my site can still work with adsense, just how. The problem here is, the price that agency offered me was to low, I don't want to loose some money for them, so I want to use my own Adsense account, that's why I come here.

They have nothing fancy like a premium account, anyone on here could share theirs with you.

You say you already have an adsense account but wanted to open another one for your site.
Except if you have open business companies, otherwise you're not allowed to have several adsense accounts and even if you put the name of relatives, if they found out you're the one actually using it, then they might take action.

As for sites like this with images, the problem is that theoritically you are not allowed, but in practise, yes we can see many examples of sites using adsense and third party content, violating copyrights. One could be youtube or 9gags or others..
But the thing is, it's not the same right for all, we're not equal in this matter. If you get caught and punished that's the end of it. Maybe some get caught and not punished, but what matters is your own situation.

But it's tempting yes, I understand.
