    I think the layout of the site is good and you have a decent amount of articles that are written well. The only criticism that I have is the theme of the site which at the moment looks a bit boring, something more colourful could improve the look of the site.

    It's good idea for:

    1 Sharing useful articles for who are interesting about site perform. I love it...
    2 With a question gadget for voting is a good idea.
    3 Fully with decent articles.
    4 Show contact box for collecting visitors's message. Not bad concept.


    Anyway, I have some comment:
    1 Don't you allow reader leaving any comment on article? I think if you do it so, it will help your site getting traffic.
    2 May be you should add more videos, pictures, or any widget for make your site lively. At present, it looks plain.
    3 Show you author profile for reaching who you are.
    4 Embed some related links on each of your post and highlight color for notice is easily that would encourage for more clicks.

    That's all my point.
