Go to google and search for "how to lose weight" and start searching for your website.
    That's all.

    NO.

Especially with Google personal search listings etc now. Your advice will never give an accurate showing of a sites SERPS.

    Serpbook or Ranktracker is ideal.

I have used many online tools but they aren't 100% accurate. You just download page Zipper in your browser (mozilla).Than add this in your browser,it will show like scissors .Open google then write your keywords ,it will show SERP's then click on page zipper icon..then simply roll down the page ....it will show you all the pages of search engine within a minute ....i think this is helpful to you..

I use WebCEO, Sherio88. It runs on my desktop and I schedule rank checking to run every few days. It's not the cheapest, but it is very convenient and remembers my previous positions.
