    I have very good PR7 homepage Text Link offer but the offering website is template related site and the site I want get back-link is an online game site.

    Does it worth to pay $150 per month , according to site authority , it is best offer I have currently.

    All the signs at the moment say contextual links are the best, so you mightn't be getting your money's worth with that link.

    You might be able to find a better deal ($100/month or so)

    It might get you some good link juice, but since it is not really relevant than you might not gain anything from it.
    Although if they have a "Game site templates" category, you could point the link from that page to your gaming site.

    Trial and error is everything you can do really.

    Check on opensiteexplorer.org
    If the site have DA70+ and low obl then it's not a bad deal.

    I agree but if the $150/month then it should have the privilege not only DA+70 but you can check PA and mozrank in mozcheck.com if its have good mozrank its suitable for $150/month

    that is quite a lot of money for a monthly link - you should be able to get permanent in-text links at that price.

    getting off topic links does not helps much, you should look into buying links that are targeted to your niche or perhaps a multi-niche blog will be a better option than to get links from unrelated niches,
