Contest $137 PayPal Cartoon / Poster Contest - PayPal - 48 Hours

I need a poster for a birthday party with a caribbean theme. I found this poster view poster and it inspired me a lot so I want to have it re-created but with some changes.

1, The design style of the poster needs to remain the same.
2, The woman in the poster needs to be replaced by another woman which you need to make a cartoon of. Here you can download a photo of the new woman which you need to make a cartoon of and then place in to the re-created poster.

The woman should remain in her carnival clothes but the colors of the carnival clothes should be changed to teal and purple so no more yellow and orange like in the picture. Make sure you select shades of teal and purple that will fit with the other things in the poster. Also make her look a bit skinnier than she is in the photo but nothing extreme just slightly.

The new woman should be in the same pose as the woman in the poster now except she should not make a kiss face instead a happy/smile face.

3, The bottom right text with the date, time and place needs to be changed to: 23rd August . 7PM . Hofi Granville
4, The top right text "Latin Room" should say "Elsa Bend" then below change presenta to presents.

5, The big bottom text should say:

Rumba
Treintaidos

6, Do not include the little dark colored male in the new poster.
7, Change the dress code text from caribbean blue to caribbean cool.

The posters aspect ratio needs to be that of a A4 paper (preferably A3) as I am going to print it. If you have any questions please let me know. All the design entries need to posted here and that goes for all questions as well.

we must to keep the aspect ratio of the original poster or need to convert to a4 or a3 format?

Here is some general feedback.

1, Hands should be on top of the palm tree leafs.
2, The bottom right text doesn't have the same style/look like in the original/example poster.
3, The color of the text is very white in the original/example poster it looks almost a little beige or dirty white.

4, The presents text is to far away from the ring.
5, This cartoon is good but not really the style I was looking for. I REALLY like that you where able to capture the details of the costume and the face however I was looking more for the cartoon style that you can see in the original/example poster http://latinroom.org/wp-content/cargo/2013/05/Salsa-Madeira-2JUN-RUMBAAZUL-LATIN-ROOM-pt-600x600.jpg. Do not make the hands of the woman look like claws like it does in the original/example poster.
6, Make the purple in the dress a stronger purple.

7, In the orginal/example poster you can see just behind the cartoon woman that she has like a palm tree behind her I think it would be good to include that as now it looks quite empty behind her.
8, I need the poster to have the same kind of border as the orginal/example poster.
