    if You want really increase you page PR and Domain PR, You must be post unique content on page that page you want increase PR, Other option is you create back links from PR Site. I think best idea is post unique and relevant content.

    Get as much links to your website as you can. You don't need to pay for it but you need to do hard work to build those links. If you have the money, you can hire someone to do the work for you.

    Even if you post 50 unique articles many are nofollow directories, then how come you get a PR?
    OR
    If 50 unique articles are dofollow directories then also those pages newer get even PR1 ( i am talking about those article posts for a dofollow sites)
