Can I offer free advertising in the "Advertising Marketplace"?

I have a site that offers free banner advertising slots. All advertisers need to do is let me know the link to their banner and the link they would like it to point to and I will give them a free banner ad on the site.

Can I promote that offer in Buy, Sell or Trade > Advertising?

If not, is there another section on DP where I can post this offer?

I think you could place that in the freebies section here, or maybe the directory section here at DP. Other then that I'm sure there are loads of places you could promote. I'd have to do some google searching but I remember at one time I found a list of sites with a search like. "Sites I can promote contest on" but ofcourse those were for contest but I do remember running across a few blogs with a list of other forums.

You could always post it on my site in the marketplace area as well

If you're offering free banner, please do let me know I am interested and If get good traffic can even go for paid one

That was my plan, however when I tried to visit that section I discovered that it has been deprecated.
