    I have been doing SEO for a HR Consultancy website for last 3 months and for some reason I am unable to get desired rankings. I an new and inexperienced at SEO. Here is what I have been doing till now,
    -posting to directories
    -posting to social bookmarking sites
    -posting articles and press releases
    -posting in forums.

    All my efforts are going in vain and I am totally frustrated.
    Can someone suggest how can I analyze my whole website step by step and fix it, so that I start getting my website among the top SERP's in google.

    Hi elcartero227, are the links that you have pointing back to the clients site varied and do you also have some of the links created as your clients ain keyword?

    Is your clients site new or aged?
