    This is such a fantastic addition to Webmasters Tools. I have a client that has received no messages about manual actions but with the tool it finally told me that there was a partial action taken. Made me very happy to know. Now I can finally fix this problem. Google finally did something right, about time

    i actually got tested. one of my sites got manual action. Tool does work.
