    Hello!

Few days ago I created a simple static website using Microsoft Expression Web and uploaded it to a 000webhost and now I interested how to track the website traffic? I know there is option in the 000webhsot cpanel but it requires putting their link to the website which I don't like.

Asking this because the site is neither blog nor uses any CMS.... just some files uploaded to a hosting! :)

So could someone explain me how to track my website traffic? Thank you!

You can track visitors using StatCounter or Google Analytic...

You need to put StatCounter code on your website which should appear on all the pages, so it would be better if you put the code in sidebar or footer.

statcounter.com is the best option for tracking each visitor where he/she is coming from with ip address also and how they come to your website.

Use Google analytics its the best option currently but never tried 000webhost so not sure about it as they seems to be a free one.
I would suggest you rather get a domain and hosting for your site.
