    I have more than 20 url like http://www.fresherjobsinindia.com for the keyword fresher jobs in india to rank in google like wise more than 20 url for atleast one keyword can any one suggest that how fast I can rank for url similarly for the keywords...

    I suggest you to convert ur website into an android apps and published it into Google play store. It will help you to increase traffic on ur site + increase Google page rank.

    You need to work for one url first, when you optimize your one keyword then you would know how to work efficiently for other URLs...

    First I would thank for your interest showing towards me, coming to matter for exampleURL:http://www.fresherjobsinindia.com Keyword:fresher jobs in india and then second url:http://www.jobinaustralia.info Keyword: fresher jobs in australia like wise I have more than 20 url targetting more or less 1 to three keywords for each site all site are individual sites.

    this is more like you want to rank for Exact Match Keywords using Exact Match Domains. Yes, this is more easy to rank in top, but be careful, there was an update with Google of penalizing EMD Domains ( http://searchengineland.com/library/google/emd-update ) . So, i advise you that, let your website rank slowly by acquiring good quality links and some social media attention too.
