    @Arick unirow I totally understand you. I was fairly young when I immigrated to the US from the former Soviet Union. I am a US citizen and consider myself an American, but I am also a full-blooded Russian and it still makes me feel uncomfortable when Russians do something stupid, whether it is on this forum or somewhere else. The truth is, we should look at each person individually. Each nation has a segment of people bent on deceiving others. I don't understand why, but I think that's what they have learned to do in their homes as kids. It's sad, but true. I am glad you feel proud for your nation. Me too.

    This is a valuable thread, the scammers have found inventive ways to by pass the system, and circumvent the rules. But threads like this will head them off at the pass, well done OP!;)

    Another suspicious like from my country-mate again.
    I discussed with an administrator from local forum and they were saying "most Indonesian whom abusing the system were thinking DP as the best place to get rich fast".

    After careful investigation, I found out their opinion could be true. This is caused by so many old and prehistoric threads which told them DP is the best forum to get money via selling (fake) links and (fake) PR. The peoples whom creating that thread were selling e-books and get money by telling 'how to scam peoples in DP'. Basically they were selling dream to many country-mates.

    I was thinking to create new thread in local forums to explain about DP and how to be good members. However, I the idea was never being realized due to my limited knowledge about DP.

    If any member in this thread want to ask anything about Indonesian, I would gladly help. I use both Bahasa (Native Language in Indonesia) and (poor) English in my daily activities. :)

    I have no idea why it looks suspicious but I could confirm if 99% (if not 100%) the member whom interact with him is from my country.
    I think Mods already know about it. Mods is one step ahead in front of us. :)
