    The site is almost three years old, averaging 400 - 500 unique a day traffic.
    It's an "puzzle and riddles site", and has more 250 puzzles and riddles posted. Revenue is not much , I dont have the exact figure of adsense revenue as its all mix up with my other sites.

    Why I m Selling:

    The site has got a lot of potential !
    But I'm not able to maintain the site ! The Last post made was on 2011/05/04 , the site was doing very good when new puzzles / Riddles were posted daily!

    All you have to do is post daily new puzzles and Riddles !

    You should also sell it with facebook page........ what is the purpose of keeping it if your not the owner of the site after!!

    To add Puzzle is very simple ... even visitor to the site can also submit puzzles ! Most of the traffic are from Google and Facebook !

    Facebook Page , I'm willing to give it to the buyer for a few additional Bucks ! Because they are real people who likes the Page and the site !

    As what other poster said, what is the use of keeping fb page of a site that is sold off? I think you should include it as well :)

    Sorry ... I'm not good in this traffic meter tools ... this is just a screenshoot from my hosting control panel ... one thing i can assure u is that .. when u start posting daily new riddles .. traffic will gradually increase .... half of them from FB ! and
    FB likes also will automitically increase !
