The design is to be for Individualism.com

I like the current design, but it's dated. So I want something new. And the old blog was politics and philosophy, the new one will be strictly marketing related.

Design-wise, I like a few things here. But the general feel of the blog should follow this. The footer ought to have four sections, like this.

Header:

should say, “Individualism Inc”

Right side:

Site search: On top right

“Pages” – Second from top on right

“Categories” Third from top on right

Ad space: 4th on right, Four 125 by 125 on right (two across, two down)

Subscribe to blog: 5th on right

Subscribe: 6th on right

FaceBook Widget: 7th on right

Recent comments: 8th on right

Footer:

“Best Blog Posts”: In footer, left side

Client testimonial: In footer, center-left

Promotional Video: In footer, center-right

Contact: In footer, right side

Please note the v7 styles and colors, which this design must conform to:
One, two, three, five, six, seven. (Yes, I know a numeral is missing - that number is bad luck in Japan.)

Note the five primary v7 colors: Gold, red, green, blue and purple.

All I need is a design; you don't need to create the WordPress theme.

Hey guys, thanks for all the entries! I'll try to get in here tomorrow with some feedback for ya'll.

 

Very busy day, so don't know if I'll get to provide the in depth feedback I want to today. Here's the short version:

The v7 colors - Gold, red, green, blue and purple - as seen here, do not seem to be reflected in several of these designs.

GFX Guru used the bg that I requested, but I think maybe that was a bad idea. Please feel free to disregard that request of mine. Maybe a more beige bg would be better.

I'm NOT in love with any of the header areas, but the best header area is Pixobox's. I think the header text here has more, what would you call it? Depth? Texture? I don't know.

 

A few changes on the header, and backgrounds.

 

Here's a few changes on the color and small improvements on some of the elements.
