How many times do you tweet per day?

I was wondering how many times people tweet per day? Do you guys tweet 20x or more? and another question I have is who has over 10,000 followers?

 

It varies,But roughly 3-6 times a day.

I tweet whatever I want, whenever I want.
Plus I retweet quite a bit.

Guess it depends on who your followers are and what they expect.

I tweet anywhere between 1 and 5 times a day. I actively retweet and interact with my followers. Some weeks and months, I'd tweet once or twice a week simply because offline life got in the way and I had other priorities. I have over 11,100 followers on my dental account. (dental_blogger) They are people and businesses who either work in dentistry or provide products and services to the dental industry.

 

I try to update my twitter at least once a day. The topic is quite random for personal account. For the twitter ac that I created for my blogs, I make sure they're on topic and are on the topic that my followers wants to read.

 

3 times per day max for me.

 

I feel if you post more than 10x per day, you reach out to most of your followers.

 

I don't really have an amount that I would say I tweet per day, but I do like to keep at least an hour or two between tweets to be sure my twitter doesn't fill up my followers feed to much that they un-follow me.

 

I'm trying to get into good habits tweeting regularly. At the moment I am tweeting between 0 and 6 times a day. Some of these tweets I send out twice – 6 or 8 hours apart. That way they are more likely to be seen by more of my followers.

 

Yeah I should separate my tweets by a longer amount of time because I only seperate my tweets by about 30 min

You're missing out on a great marketing tool.

 

I try to tweet about 5 or 6 times a day. Usually 1 of these tweets is product related, but the rest are links to areas on interest on my website/interacting with other people on Twitter.

 

That is a great method, don't want to be over promotional or spammy.
