    Hello,
I was wondering if I was to hire employee, what are the top websites to hire? I've been with craiglist, but showing not much results. I am looking for more high school students or younger age then older, with less experience as it can be trained.

Have you tried places like Freelancer and oDesk? You can specify the hourly rate you are willing to offer and the sort of experience you are after and see if that attracts anyone to your job posting.

    Hope that helps.

go to the schools, tafes, or colleges. We used to have it where bosses would show up, interview the teachers, find who was doing well, and offer the kids a job.

    Just my 2cents.

Colleges/universities as mentioned above. Targeted FB ads to the niche you're trying to find people in. Freelancing sites like odesk, freelancer, elance etc.

    Hello,
Freelancer and odesk is only for online jobs right? I meant to actually hire employee from local locations in the united states. Where they will come in the our office and actually work, instead of working from their home/location.

oDesk is probably the best for hiring someone to do online work.

Finding someone to do come into your business locally etc however can be a bit more tricky, I'd suggest going with LinkedIn jobs.

Sign up as an employer with http://www.indeed.com/ and post your ad directly in their job search engine.

Secondly, if you go back to craigslist, check out their RESUME section. There are hundreds of high school students looking for jobs there.

Yea I've just recently found indeed, they seem to be an nice area. With craiglist, I've looked in the resume section before its just the fact that the people looking for job are looking for much of an higher pay then expected, that's why I wanted to focus on high school students as they accept almost whatever the pay is as long its an pay because the work that will be given are all basic, so I'm looking for people who accept cheap payments.

With LinkedIn Jobs I haven't heard of that one yet, looks like an nice one, mind sharing what's more they offer and average pay for simple computer job as they can be trained.

Well since you want them to really come to an office I suggest asking your friends, relatives (sorry not a website. Lol you were asking for website) or posting ads on facebook. Advertise on local radio perhaps (not a website again but i guess it will work)?

Yeah you are right, odesk, elance and freelance are online jobs.

    Enjoy hunting employee.
