http://www.turnkeynation.com Has anyone used this site. Thoughts about it?
If you don't recommend it, is there another ready made niche site builder you could recommend?

Interesting in building a niche site because:
    1.It’s relatively cheap to setup
    2.It’s relatively easy to setup.
3.It’s relatively quicker to provide results
    4.It can be very passive.

I have no experience with them, but I use ThisWebHost and have had good success with it. Just a thought.

I doesn't look too good, I checked few of their sites and they aren't build well, they are missing content (e.g. Dropshipping sites - many categories are empty), basic navigation (dropshipping sites - no category list on homepage, really?), their design is old school etc. Etc.
BTW don't even think about paying full price for it, they're on trialpay - trialpay.com/checkout/?c=3325639

When I hear the term niche website, the first thing I'm thinking is that's a vast topic all by itself. I've never heard of this website before; but I always recommend people pay a web designer - or buy Hosting on a domain and learn how to use a blog; to 'target your niche' ---- Understanding your market is always important; and it's even more important to know how to reach them. Social media is great for Niche Marketing too; but I don't really recommend folks Pay for a Templated, "Turnkey" website; It's too risky - You'll end up losing more money than you would by Paying a professional that builds sites, and/or pages to do this for you.

The sites don't look very good to me. If you took all that stuff and put it in a nice wp theme with a lot more articles, it might work. Look at the date of the search statistics - way back from 2005. Maybe just use the site to get some ideas.
