    Seems like you broke someone's copyright. Get the rights to stream, and you should be fine. Else, google did the right thing by taking your site down.

    If you have really been deindexed for DMCA then there's not much to do, as I'm sure there's not a snowball's chance in hell you'd get your approval from the content rights administrator to continue your business.

    If your web doesn't indexed in Google, its of no use. The best way to get rid of DMCA is to delete the url or to try with a legal website.
