Buying Looking to have a WP website recreated

I have a family owned website that when down due to domain being acquired whilst we forgot about its expiration, now I can no longer get a hold of the old developer. All I have is a link to the old WP website. But I need the website recreated for our new domain and new hosting that I personally have set up. I would like to have it on WP again if possible but it is not needed. As long as the coding would be simple to edit: add pictures and change text etc.

If you can do this let me know, maybe make the design a bit more up to date with design standards too, whatever may be possible.
