Help me for adwords advertisment

Hi experts

Someone can help me? to solve out my problem?
Whenever, I try to advertisement through Google ad-word.
They alert me with this massage ‘

Your ads aren't running because we haven't received your payment.
Please make a payment.

’That every time shows whenever I use my account for advertisement.
And one thing when I link my debit card with this account.
They deduct one $ Dollar for conformation and I try it several time
but did not work just deduct One$ Dollar at every submission
Kindly help me if someone knows about this problem.

That is weird! are you sure you updated the Adwords billing in correct way?

 

When I worked on the AdWords Support Team we had that question quite often. Normally it was just the result of time. It can take 24 hours for a credit card payment or submission to process and another 24 hours for the messaging to disappear. If it has been more than a few days and your ads are still not showing I would suggest calling the AdWords support line. But I would give it 2-3 days and actually try the ad preview tool to see if your ad is showing and if not why it is not showing. Occassionally, your billing will not set up properly and you might have to open a new account but I would call the support line before you did that. 1-866-2GOOGLE

 

if the transaction was successful and money still not credited within 72 hrs you may call or email google support
