Blogger Blog Changed to .Co.Uk from .Com

    Guys something really confusing happened today. My friend created a new blog on blogger with the url:
    whizmovies.blogspot.com & the domain automatically changed to http://whizmovies.blogspot.co.uk/ today.
    Why and how did this happen?

    There is no issue because now blogspot run all extension........ your friend blog now available in all extension..

    Yes right the blogspot not now.If you have old blogger blogs you can check out the visitors stats.You will see that it shows regional tld's at the end of the URL.This is quite common and nothing new/surprising for an year old blogger.

    My suspicion is that your friend is using a VPN and has selected UK as the country. So when he created the blog, Blogger detected your friend's location and thus giving your friend's blog the .co.uk extension.

    Yes I agree to that, but the I access it from Pakistan and all blogs open with .Com (,they always have). And we didn't change our location neither me, nor my friend.
    1. We didn't use and IP changer while viewing and creating the blog
    2. We didn't actually move. it just changed, that's confusing

    It's opening with all extensions, that is fine. But why did the actual .Com extension got changed or got redirected to .Co.Uk?
