How to increase blog traffic

use facebook, twitter etc. since it generate high volume of traffic specially if you have a large volume of followers.

 

Can anyone elaborate on a good social media plan to increase blog traffic? I personally think that would be very beneficial to me and the Original Poster!

 

To get the high traffic on your blog for that you rank your blog first on search engines. The blog must contain fresh and informative contents. then you can also try off page SEO technique and promote your site on social networking sites.

 

If you have lots of friends or followers on your facebook,twitter and any socail networking websites then you can easily move them from social networking sites to your targeted blog.First of all whenever you will update your blog you also post that link on your social networking sites ,share your new updates with google plus,fb,twitter,tumbler, reddit, stumbleupon, slashdot and many more websites.It will surely increase your traffic.Another method is that for e.g. if you are selling any beauty products or promoting any products then you always talking about that products on networking websites like a beauty expert also give some suggestion and also ask some question relevant to your field. Post some interesting features about that products or things.you also give some promotional offer like if anyone give me exact answer of that question then i will give him/her that product at free of cost/some discount.I hope it will be work for you.

You're right! Social media is very important and that's one of the best menthods to drive constant traffic to a website.

What if one of your pages goes viral in facebook? People keep sharing and sharing and more people do. It grows like a pyramid. Think about the traffic you'd get on your site for that particular page! This actually happened to me. I then put up more pages with related info and even then started doing pretty well!!!
