Hello friends.... What important things you keep in mind while doing a case study on a new SEO project? How you prepare your SEO report? Please provide any sample if you have.
Personally "To look at each thing as it comes in!" however many seem to use things like > http://www.brightlocal.com/white-label-reports/ or this > http://www.webceo.com/website-seo-reports.htm or this > http://www.woorank.com/ to do reports. I have seen many milked by such monthly reports by so called "SEO experts" (at least on their websites they say they are) and a bit of techno babble for months and even years.
To track rankings I like using Serpfox as it gives a nice graph of the changes etc. If you are able to report all ranking changes, date the domain was bought, basically the dates you do everything then you will be able to create a nice report.
Wow RD I like the third link, the free report is not bad at all me likes! Personally I don't really use any reporting software, Microsoft word FTW
for ranking I use Inspyder Rank Reporter. I like it since the software is very professional and well done. About the price, it's a fair price. Also there's no limit to the number of projects and keywords.
