Basic On Page Optimization

This is the basic fundamental stuff that beginners need to know (and even people that have been in this space a while then to not do this too!)​

When I search for potential kw's to target this is a huge factor because if people dont even get the title, url, keywords and description for that keyword then they are not even trying to rank for it so I know right there that it is a low competition kw and a lot of times by just doing the title, url, keywords and description as well as the other stuff below I rank #1-10 for that kw. ​

kw= keyword​

​

1) Body text
· Kw in heading 1 (H1) text
· Link to authority site/wiki
· Pic w/ file name,title tag, alt. tag with kw

2) All in one SEO Plugin
Go through settings and click on it, not just on bottom of edit page)
· Home title: kw first, then a little more text (Google is smart so dont be completely ovbious) so if your keyword is "Bike helmets" put "bike helmets review"
· Home description: kw first, then a little more text
· Keywords: enter kw's


3) XML Sitemap Plugin

hey .. I am agree with you but basic SEO on-page is must content optimizations relevance your keywords and use all html tags like h1..h6 bold,italic however body structure of your website .
first think better meta tag create title,descriptions,keywords accourding to google bing yahoo policy

Yes, but is there are some authority sites then if they have mentioned just keyword in their content, they would be ranking.. however they are not your competitors, you can defeat them easily.

You don't have to use "all in one seo" , "Yoast seo" plugin is great

You don't have to link to authority/wiki

but most everything else is pretty standard and will apply to most peoples sites, but definitely not all

I actually just used that plugin for the first time to add a google authorship (the easy way, instead of going into the php editor)

Good advice, Charlie! Pretty solid for any blogger, small biz owner or online entrepreneur.
I'd also say that it take a lot of knowledge to analyze fully a site, and make it spotless from the SEO point of view. However, if you don't have a year to learn SEO, you can start with a checklist like this, just to cover your major bases at least.
