unable to login via ssh

    Hello
    I am whm installed
    when I am trying to access via putty(ssh) its giving me access denied
    and also giving "using keyboard-interactive authentication"
    plz help

    Yes I can login through whm using the same root password but unable to login via putty

    Log in to your WHM control panel, then navigate to Security Center -> SSH Password Authorization Tweak and click Enable Password Auth to enable SSH passwords.

    Issue resolved
    the root access is disabled by the hosting by default
    I wasnt aware of this
