I have Google Analytics code for my custom website, I have around 35 pages on my website. Can anyone tell me where we can add those tracking code to track the website? Which is the best place - before</head> or before </body> tag?

Also tell me whether i need to include these code in all inner pages?

Try to put it before the /body tag across all your pages (including inner pages).

Actually, the best place is right before </head> tag.
