Your site is still being indexed. The last cache date of the site is July 2nd, so I would wait for the next update. Check you Webmaster Tool dashboard to make sure there is no problems with your site (I.E. Malware, etc...).

I would also would avoid using the title:
It looks spammy. Think of it like this, you can fight Google to try to get to the top of the SERPs or work with them and provide things that they want. They want the best experience for users, so start working on that and I guarantee you will start to see results.

Same thing happened to me. I was following an SEO person's advice and I changed the keywords in my Page 1 Ranking Youtube videos and ... instead of going up, the videos went down in the ranking.
The good news is that by simply changing the keywords back got the videos back to where they were before.
You could try do the same. Hope this helps!
    Cheers

I think you should wait until you make your last conclusion.
When Google indexing and ranking sites it usually take some time
before site shows up in sarch.
In the mean time try to promote your home page around
keywords you used in your title.

Changing the title to have more keywords might of had a change when google crawled you page. If you do what BM4Web said see what happens. In my experience putting that many keywords into the title may have knocked it out. Give it some time to see where google puts you. Position changes all the time.

All you do is go to Google.com and type cache:yoursite.com. It will give you the last cached version of your website.

My previous tiitle was (<title>Cialis in Deutschland kaufen. Cialis kaufen Sie online ohne Rezept jetzt bestellen</title>) But Am optimizing (Cialis kaufen Keyword as per client requirement) Thats why I changed the keywords . I was updated those keyword on 30june 2013. After that website index, but my keyword was disappeared from google.

Before changing title my website was second page.

The problem here is simple. You should be designing sites for USERS, not search engines. For example I specialize in poker related websites. When I have a page that I am trying to rank for "Poker Chips", I don't have a title that reads:

    I have one that reads:

This is for a couple reasons:
    1. It looks natural. So when people see the listing while browsing their results, it is clear what the website is about, but doesn't look like a robot made the page.
    2. Title Tags are still important, but do not hold the value that they once did. So while 10 years ago the spammy title would have worked beautifully, today it just is holding you back.

This might not be an issue for you ... but this is what I found.

I didn't have time to create links to a special Christmas dog treat page on my site one year, so I added xmas into the title and put a few headings with Christmas into the home page. Like you found, big mistake. I think google might have a red flag if you try and cash in on seasonal stuff, or if you sell things that it might consider are connected with spam and you over optimise your on-page stuff (including change of headings and titles instantaneously.

Sounds weird right> but I read that from several sources.

Perhaps change a little slower in future for the homepage ..

Who knows what the crazy google gods will do next!
