    What if you do not pay after that?
    Also, you need cheap but fast rankings and you will not do upfront payment.

    You got to be a well established member with all positive feedback if you want to pay after results. SEO is not a definite process that you follow and your site will rank. Sometime you don't get ranked even though you follow all the things right. SEO isn't that cheap as well, someone who gonna work for you will pay for article written, getting blog posts published and for a few other things. What if you run away? You will have several excuses that you can tell and SEO instead of getting paid for its efforts and time will lose money. Good Luck with the search.
