    I require my Adsense account approved and willing to pay for it. I have got my adsense account banned and require a new Adsense account approved with same Name, Address and phone number as used on older accounts which got banned and willing to pay for it when I see screenshot of Approved Adsense account in my name and address.

    can I know reason your account get banned,... is useless when you asking someone else to register it,.. after approve, you login with your ip (that google has know from your account earlier), so you'll get banned soon also..

    try to work partnership...:D

    I think adsense itself has a resubmit option if your account has been suspended.
    Simple steps.
    1.First get the reason why it was suspended.(there might be some content which google doesnt want to see in your site)
    2.Remove that content.
    3. Add some quality original post.(To show that you have become a good boy now :) )
    4. Re-apply. (If you dont find this in adsense website, just find it in FAQ or their blog. I had seen this somewhere)
