Why there are more of Ordered items in orders summary and less in shipped?

Hello,

I have just started using amazon and I'm getting around 8.5% conversion however I would like to know why are there so many ordered items in my amazon "orders report" with it, it shows N/A.

For example around 7 items it shows which were ordered today but only 1 was ordered through my product link.

I would like to know does Amazon anyhow pay for the other things which have been sold to us or does it just show all these things were sold but not through your direct referral so we are not paying you anything but just showing you how we earned through you :S

I'm kind of confused here, experts throw in please.

 

Commissions are shown when items have shipped so if things are pending shipment still you will see them as ordered but not as earnings. Also, it will still count if people buy things other than through your link. That just means that they bought something that you weren't promoting. I know when you're getting started it's hard to not stress about these things but it's not really a big deal. Amazon has treated me fairly for the more than two years that I've been promoting their products.

Yes, you can use Google Adsense ads alongwith Amazon affiliate ads

For example,
You can put Amazon affiliate links within post and Adsense banners in sidebar of your blog

 

No but what about ads which are automatically generated within text of the website...?
