Be glad that Chrome notifies you, otherwise you might not know until it's too late (hopefully it isn't already).

Follow themes4all's advice. If you're not sure how to then post back and someone can try to give you advice. (But I assume you know how to as you probably placed the code there in the first place.)

Well, you won't find one by waiting for someone else. You need to learn how to. Some clues - first thing is disabled your site, establish what it is infected with, where and how. Go back to a clean backup, secure it (that means fix the vulnerability) and put it back live.

As themes4all rightly pointed out, your site has some code from topblogarea.com (maybe some javascript to say "hey I am on topblogarea.com" or something stupid like that) and remove it. You should know, you will have placed it there.

Sadly, your host has suspended the site so it's now offline.

Resolving the issue requires someone going through your site with a fine tuned comb, remove the malware, then locking your site down against future hacks.

I will be more then happy to see if I can fix this issue for you. I have helped others repair blogs. To the OPs defense, I have seen blogs have the theme hacked (and or used a dodgy theme in the first place) and that might explain the problem he is facing.

Make sure to set up Google Webmaster too, so you can stay on top of such issues.
