What do you mean which VPS is best for 25k unique visitors/day ?

It's worth considering both KnownHost and FutureHosting - In the web hosting community these two companies (especially KnownHost) are known for being the best out there for VPS. I've had servers with both companies and can't recommend them highly enough. I originally had a VPS with KnownHost and the only reason I moved to FutureHosting was that I needed a UK based VPS, otherwise I would've stayed. If you're dead set on one of the above, I'd say Linode as I've heard good thing about them, otherwise consider KnownHost or FutureHosting.

One thing I urge you to consider is do you appeal to a certain geographic audience considering that the locations of those providers are all different (eg. North America and Europe)? It also affects search engine rankings somewhat so please consider your target market and audience with the new plans too.

I believe any of those plans should meet your technical requirements without an issue, the biggest issue is if you are happy with the service and support.

Why you have stopped you attention at those 3 options? What makes them the best choice? I could say that there are more companies, providing far better offers on VPSs and Dedicated servers.

I personally will recommend review sites like: lowendbox.com or vpsbox.eu. Just in case you really need discount VPS or dedicated. Good luck.

The best joke, I have ever heard is buying VPS for $60/m from a big hosting company and if you want a SSL, they will charge for the install another $15. This is a joke, dude. Searching for the best offer, I don't see the fun here. Yes, you don't have all the fancy stuff, but at the same time you are not paying more than $8/m.

Difference in these prices sometimes is just the fact that some are managed and some are not managed.

Companies like Linode, Wiredtree etc etc do have good hardware and managed their VPS, most of time support is also great however you have to pay the price for all that.
