    Hootsuite is my favorite! I'm using it and I can recommend it!
    Scheduling posts, analytics, live streams from FB, G+ page, TW...
    And many more additions!
    There is free and paid vesion.
    Another one might be buffer! Great tool for scheduling posts on Twitter!

    people obsessed to use facebook and google + they want something new, Like chat rooms like yahoo and community where they share things with large community of peoples like pinterest is the newely launched but getting familiar quickly because you can share your thing with any person who's the user of Pinterest. Like Google + Communities and Ducknock.com newely launched Social media network too

    I know it's been said a lot, but I'll add another Vote for Hootsuite.

    I didn't know about the negative of using the rss feed though. Thank you guys for the warning!
