Why my site is not ranking in SE's

I have a site which provides visitors free to download dll files.

Its been so long but still the site does not rank in teh search engines for the keywords.

Can someone please suggest me what steps should i take to rank my site?

First off, various text on your home page is duplicated elsewhere. Some of it you may have copied, other you might just have pasted on to other sites yourself.

A big mistake. Panda probably ate your site and spat it out.

The "How to Install DLL Files ?" page is just images. Do you think any SE bot can read images? Use text and images.

Secondly, your back links look spammed (so a Penguin probably did the same to your site as Panda). Comment spam, pointless bookmarking sites (seriously, why place a link on a Pligg site?).

You have some duplicate content issues due to URL parameters. Make sure to set a canonical URL for each page. But also your content is very similar for each DLL page.

Look at how many DLL sites are out there already and longer established than yours. Why rank yours? You need to make something unique and interesting. Also, there are more interesting sites (such as Microsoft's various sites with tech information, forums etc) where DLL issues are discussed. These are more interesting and important than content farms.

 

Your onpage optimization needs to be improved. Do these onpage optimization for your website:

1. Create unique quality content
2. Meta tag
3. Title tag
4. Image optimization
5. Alt tag
6. Anchor tag
7. Canonical link

 

Hi in my opinion please select you category and when ever you submit a link make sure select a category proper and also create a meta content, content optimization, Anchor tag, sitemap, rss and mostly efforts in forum, and blog posting, blogging so this is best way to promote your website.

 

On-Page SEO is • MISSING • here... Title and description tag for EVERY page in your website (different and unique!). Alt tag for images and MORE UNIQUE CONTENT! Also I don't think you made a good Off-Page SEO if you don't know how to do On-Page... Submit your sitemap to SE and try to make a quick article and forum marketing and tell us what happened!

Google is ranking website at top because of following seo metrics. Need to improve website on page and off page activities. Now, its time to leave old seo strategies and use latest strategies.

 

Slowly build backlinks to your site, just a handful a day, then you should start ranking.

This guy is on the ball right here. Your first mistake was attempting to get into the DLL sites category in the first place.
