I'm using 3FN at the moment, but I'm looking for one that has a wider range of advertisers. (ie. a feed where advertisers aren't advertising a pharmacy for the keyword baseball) 3FN is pretty good, but if there's a better one out there I'll switch over. Anyone have suggestions?
Check out www.click.net, good bunch of guy's who have worked in this space for many years, so very knowledgeable. I have a couple of sites with them and my earnings have increased
is there some network that has CPC feed for WHOLE world or at least USA+CAN+EU? I have just tried adonnetwork and they have nice feed but only for USA+UK... that sucks

I have no experience with flagmedia, though I do know goclickz has good coverage for some of those countries, as I also use their xml feed, so you can contact their support and check

Feel free to check out MySearchNetwork at reporting.mysearchnetwork.com or Adfirmative.com Both are xml providers that work with direct advertisers as well as aggregated and can get Yahoo xml approval for you.
