    I'm trying to create a website that looks and functions nothing like your standard Facebook. I was hoping to find a social network script that didn't take over your entire design and development stack (like Elgg does).

    So for example, I already have an existing website and don't want to recode the entire site just to use a few elements of the script, but instead just want to add a blog here in this div, a friends list in this div, etc. Does anyone know of any social networking scripts that allow you just to integrate it into normal html? If not, which scripts are the easiest to customize and theme?
