    Hello all,

Does anyone know of a good program (I dont mind paying for one) that will scan every page of my website and tell me if any of the pages feature duplicate content from anywhere else on the web?

Please let me know if you can recommend anything

    Best regards

    Luke

I believe http://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/ is supposed to be able to do that, but have not used it, as I try to do as much as possible manually without any use of softwares, so let us know if you do and if it does please. Though "from anywhere else on the web" might mean I have misunderstood your question as that's more copyscape territory.

    How big is your site?

As if you use something to indentify the URL's of a site you can do this manually if there are not too many pages. Though as I say I am not completely clear on your question due to that "from anywhere else on the web" part of it.

You can try PlagSpotter. You can enter the URL of the page you want checked or you can do a "batch search" where you can add multiple URLs.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

I would say that don't check too much, overall your content should be original, if any paragraph or sentence showing from other sites then it is not going to harm you, this way it would look more natural.. some authority sites may also be this thing.

My best tool suggestion as below:

    1. Google Webmaster Tools (Free)
    2. IIS SEO Toolkit 2.0 (Free)

There are some paid tools like SEOmoz, Searchmetrics and etc that does not even come close to the above mentioned free tools when it comes to detecting duplicate (title, meta description and contents).

You can download website auditor tool, there is a free version available.
The tool spots duplicate content on a site and also duplicate tags and meta descriptions (if any).

Use only fresh content rather than copied content to optimise websites.

Did you know that Google allows 20-30% of copied content on your blog.

You can relay on copyscape.com, but remember paid version gives you an exact and genuine result.
