What's Your Favorite Domain Registrar and Why?

I prefer to use GoDaddy more than anything else. Outside of their cheap domains, I like how fast the domain settles on my web hosting account at a different company when I register a domain with them. Other registrars it seems to take up to the full 72 hours. GoDaddy it's usually settled much faster like under 30 minutes. That's important to me, anyway.

What about you? What's your favorite domain registrar and why?

Apart from all these, Godaddy is secure and it has some great features too.

I thought Justhost was a web hosting company. I know some web hosts offer domain registrations, but how cheap does Justhost offer for domains?

    What's MT?

My favorite registrar is godaddy, if you have an issue all you have to do is a phone call and they will have your issues solved.

I prefer using NameCheap.com particularly because of its clean, easy-to-use interface.

I use Hostgator. They offer some great hosting plans along with domain registration at affordable rates.

I consider Media Temple might be a reputable web hosting company, but not a domain Registrar, I checked the whois information. Same as the giant Hostgator.

Someone once told me to always separate your hosting from your domain registrar. I like to use Namecheap.com because it was recommended to me when I first started creating websites and of all the horror stories I've heard about goDaddy.com

    Of course Godaddy
    Its,
    1) Simplest
    2) Easiest
    3) Self manageable

Domain booking, renewal can be done in fraction of seconds even from mobile.
Godaddy even has 7 different payment options now including cash cards, net banking, etc.
Changing nameserver hardly takes few minutes while other registrars takes hours.
Coupons are widely available which gives us cheapest registration and renewal cost as compared to other registrar, what else we want?

Hello WebStumblr, thank you for the "quote".
Netim is a good company, we got connected with them on Twitter and are now expecting a prosperous cooperation in some way.

I like DirectNic, used them for 10 years or so and never had a problem. They're not the cheapest these days, but they always have discount codes for renewals that makes it comparable to other prices.

I also have some registered with Webair but I've had issues with my credit card not being accepted there many times.

According to my research Eurodns.com is the best domain name registrar for all domain name extensions. So - check them out!

I'm surprised no one has yet recommended name.com? I use both name.com and godaddy.com but I find name.com more clean and user friendly and their support seems pretty decent (although I haven't had to contact them that often).

Well, I consider sibername.com to be the best Domain Registrar out there in the market.
It is time-tested, ICAN-accredited one. Many people appreciate them including me, so I decided to recommend them to you, OP.
