    This one is the best "Vidiscripts Video Sharing" and it was free. See if you can still find it free.
    Also, you can try "phpmotion".
    Both are good for what you need.

    my self tried and tested easiest way to create cms wordpress powered website is with https://wpoven.com. With it you can get installed different types of website such as video site, portfolio site, resume site, shopping cart etc. You also get managed hosting. all this gets setup with the few button clicks in few minutes. You also get different types of plugins and themes installed with it. specially for video site you will get plenty of choice in plugins and themes.
