Ok, so there's a ton of fluff out there about SEO. The reality is SEO has never been easier, the penguins and pandas just got rid of our competition for us. So I want to give you a super simplified guide to building an authority niche dominating site in about 3 months or less. It'll cost you a few thousand dollars to do this properly. 1. Select a POPUlar high traffic niche (make sure you enjoy the subject) 2. Use Register Compass to find a niche relevant aged domain, high PR if possible. 3. Create a bad ass site with a great user experience, buy a theme to start with. Pay a designer to create a custom design in 6 months or so. Make social profiles for the site! Connect authorship up, analytics and add all social profiles to G+ account. 4. Add 25 high quality articles. If English isn't your first language, don't build niche sites at all or hire writers. 5. Optimize every article page for a medium competition 1000+ searches/month keyword. 6. Optimize the home page to rank for 5 high competition niche leading keywords. 7. Use PRWeb to send out a press release about the launch of the site. 8. Start publishing 5 articles/week on the site - you can find writers and give them a cut of the profits on niche forums who know what they are talking about. 9. Participate on the top 5 forums in the niche with a do follow link in your signature to the site with brand match anchor text. Post at least 10 posts/week on each one. 10. Make a list of the top 10 blogs in the niche, check them weekly for new posts and leave blog comments with a link to your site on every new post on every blog. 11. Contact the top 100 blogs that are PR1+ in the niche and ask if you can guest post on their site (hire people to write these guest posts) ask for a link to your site do-follow in an author bio below the box. - Do these 3 traffic/white hat linking strategies for 1 month. Keep doing these long term, but after a month add these steps. 12. Purchase 10 high PR domains Buy expired high pr domains, you can start with 10 PR3 domains month 1. Set them up as high quality relevant blogs, build links to them with relevant anchor text, host them on SEO hosting, custom name servers and ips. Link these to your money site with blog posts on the home page, contextual links of course, use exact match anchor text to point these to your home page for the big keywords. 13. Use Senuke to build a steady 10-50 links/day to your home page and 1-5 links/day to every internal post. Use high quality spins, proxies, article builder. Very slow and steady, use 100s of keywords for anchor text. - you should keep a 10% exact match anchor text profile. I don't believe you'll get penalized if you go over this, but long term its a safety precaution. 14. Month 2 purchase 20 high PR domains. Keep the forum/comment/guest post marketing going strong and the senuke link campaigns going. If you don't want to use a black hat tool, good luck building 1000s of unique articles to build links to keep the anchor text profiles natural. Huge expense, senuke cuts it out and is very safe. 15. Keep buying more PR domains, link the PR domains to your home page and internal posts, 10+ links on each site. 16. Now you will be KILLING IT, ranking for insane terms. Forgot to mention, buy PR links from digital point, or use Register Compass or PRPowershot for cheap PR3s. Now contact competitors and ask to rent a link in their sidebar/blogroll. Keep doing this, buy links on competitor sites, build your relevant PR network, senuke links, blog comments, forum posts, guest blog posts and lots of article posting. Build an email list. Create an affiliate marketing funnel. Create a free report to give away like 6 steps to 6 pack abs, use in popup and sidebar opt-in form. After opt-in send to pre-sell which tells a BS story about some dude you make up who shreds his fat and gets ripped with a simple system. Have link to affiliate sales page at bottom of pre-sell. Also have email series go out to sell the product. Segment your list, sell them more offers. Invest back into SEO. Find out what works, create a killer sales funnel that converts. Start driving paid traffic. Create your own product, launch it, sell it with the funnel + authority site system. Boom - you have a 6 figure/year IM business.
What do you mean? This is a complex strategy, yes. Not recommended for beginners by any means Beginners should work on building a 10 page site that ranks for a few 1k+ search keywords. This is, however... a REAL business model that works every time that I've replicated in 3 niches to create Google proof sites. Following this strategy your sites will become immune to penalties, but never immune to fluctuations, and you'll have traffic coming in from sites other than Google.
This is for anyone who knows SEO very well and has the skill level to sell affiliate products through pre-selling and email marketing. Also for people who have a spare $3000+ lying around and 6 months of time. This is a simplified version of a strategy that could encompass a 30,000+ word PDF. I've used this to go from 0-300,000 visitors/month within 90 days.
Of course, the idea you have presented of building links of any page you create is really important now... also you have to work on getting popularity of your site finding some methods of getting traffics.
Interesting. Needless to say, a lot of these techniques aren't really new; most are universal and common knowledge shared by most Internet marketers out there. It does work though!
Or you could just learn how to do keyword research and rent a few high pagerank links (PR4-6). Boom, instant rankings without the hundreds of hours of work you're talking about here.
Yeah, for sure.... Which is why I own about a dozen sites that do exactly that. Small sites. However, we all know where Google is headed and my opinion is that you either become a top 20 site in your niche - or be crushed in the long run. It's really not that hard to do this anyway, not hundreds of hours.
You can't rely on a bunch of sniper sites with a handful or PR links to pay for your lifestyle, kids school fees, mortgage and whatever else. You can however rely on a giant site with dozens or hundreds of sub sites supporting it.
