So if you are having a hard time making money online -- simply find different ways to attract customers, then just make it better, simpler, easier, and offer more value so they will buy from you instead of someone else.
This is a very good point. In fact, I'd say it's one of, if not the most important keys in sales. Approach each project and customer from their standpoint. Why are you the right choice? Why are you different? And most imporantly, how will you make them money or add value. After all, this is what the client is really looking for. That's why they are seeking marketing help, for example. Or why they buy a product.
I agree with you. If we're talking about an online business then first and foremost one should have a high quality, easy to navigate website that adds value to your potential customers. If people like what you have to offer they will spread the word around and word of mouth is a powerful advertising tool.
