How login to multiple Google/Gmail accounts at once

Hey everyone,
Its probably already been shared, but I wanted to let people know how to open multiple google/gmail accounts at once. I do this for my personal email and freelance related email accounts.

All you need to do is login with one account then go to your user account drop down:



then look for "add account" at the bottom of the drop down:


and enter in your credentials for the second email account. Your then free to switch between your many google/gmail accounts as you see fit.

Most probably already know about this, but its for those that don't.

 

so this is a news than... not a question... :lol:

 

Actually, when I do this, the first account I log in with is the "Main" account and when I log into any other Google product/service on the net, it only recognizes the "Main" profile.

I've come to terms with this and just use a different browser if I need to access a different profile for a specific task.

What I'd really like to know how to do is log into 5+ accounts at once. Every time I reboot, it's a pain in the neck and I have to then re login to all my accounts.

Just my little rant.

 

Ok no problem it is very simple , Just set up a Multifox Toolbar Button :: Add-ons for Firefox - Mozilla Add-ons.

And in joy your self.

 

Nice idea. Here's another: You can open up one account using Chrome, open another account using Firefox and another account using IE and so on. One account per browser and you can have them all opened at the same time no switching. Who has multiple browsers on their computer? I do and anyone in web design.

 

I use different browsers and IPs because I don't like being tracked. The browser where I login to a google account won't be the same one where I surf the web. The IP I used last week will be different than this week.

 

I usually just use different browsers to log into my accounts.
