Is Google penguin 2.0 is still on?

Yes Google Penguin is on from last 2-3 weeks. It may effects the Black Hat SEO Techniques used websites and some updations are on the way from Google

Because my blog was getting 3000-ish visitors from Google per day for a few years before Panda and Penguin coming. Now I only get 300-ish. I submitted a consideration request, they said there was no penalty being applied to my blog whatsoever or any manual action.
So, valid site, "quality" (my opinion of course) contents, yet got hit pretty badly. Or more like other sites get ranked up for "their work on SEO"

So yes, it looks like Penguin 2.0 is still well and truly alive and kicking.

 

This has happened to a number of my sites over the past five years. It was not that we had done anthing wrong, it was generally that a site or page that had links to our site had some how been effected by an algorithm change.

 

Oh yes, Penguin Updates are still ON. Don't worry though if you're improving site quality. 2014 will be the worst ever year for the spammers and black-hat techniques. Google is taking some gigantic steps which will improve the quality of SERP and make it hard for spammers. Smart spammers will still be there but just for a couple more years, that's it. I'd suggest to focus on quality content, networking in your niche, and that alone will help you ALOT.

 

If you broken Google guideline then Google Panda & penguin still live for that..

yeah penguin 2.0 is still on, google going some minor update every 2-3 weeks regularly.. And there some major sites are affected like: wordpress.

 

I think it's huge anchor list and links from only related websites with traffic and good social signals.
