I really do not understand why you do not have money but you want to deal with this. You should have more than a half of that money.

well as im sure this is information everyone thinking of investing will want to know. he is offering 25% of profits for £3000. I personally think that is to little as we would be taking all of the risk no matter what you say about risk factor. Yes we wont be doing any work but i think you should offer say 75% profits till you pay off the £3000 than pay 30-40% there after.

Lets be sereous. the investment of £3,000 would make a minimum of between £12,000 and £15,000 per year for you forever as I am hoping this to be a long term buisiness for me.

£3,000 isn't much really for such an income as you would have no work to do

you havent provided any proof of income, as far as i can make out from the ebay listing is that he offers services, well if thats right than wouldnt that mean the new owner has to be able to provide same level of skill?

I can provide the skill if not better skills.

I know personally how successful the company is and the seller has asked me if I want PayPal invoices for the past 3 months which I can provide if I find a suitable investor

Paul currently selles turkney sites, web hosting as well as resller hosting and search engine submission

    Thanks

Paying 100% of the expenses to get 30% of the business? It seems extremely dodgy to me, especially since you are asking someone to fork out $3,000 within a few hours of discussion.

Could you tell me why a potential investor would not rather just spend that money and buy the business for him/herself, and thus owning 100% of the business?

i agree with you exactly, renderstream ..this sounds rediculous. if you do not have the money you should not be trying to borrow to by a website. if it fails the investor will be more dissapointed than you.

The reason the invester gets 30% as they would have no work to do and I will be working full time on this.

The investor wouldn't be more disapointed than me as this is hopefully going` to be my full time buisiness for life.
    Thanks

how can someone sell an ebay account - I dont think that is within the TOS of eBay, Also its impossible for the investor to secure his investment.

This may or may not be a scam but all the guy has to do is open a different ebay account and bury your business - or say he didnt sell it and he would have it back because its non transferable - and they will just tell you you bought nothing - THIS IS A VERY BAD BAD DEAL - DONT DO IT !!!!!!

And not to mention the guy cant transfer his paypal username so ideally he can keep everything and never miss a beat and sell this 10000 times over

Its also looks and feels like one - if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck - it is a duck - YOU CANNOT SELL AN EBAY ID
