Hello SEO experts, I have question about keyword ranking, I hope you answer foe the same. What if we do not have websites to build relevant backlinks to gain keyword ranking..? Is it okay if i add backlinks to other unrelated but in high PR websites to gain keyword ranking? Will it affects the website. For example i have coffe and cashew related website. Is it okay if i add links in unrelated or seo related forum sites or blog sites?

Having backlinks on high PR unrelated sites WILL help your rankings... However, if the backlink is on a related site it will be more beneficial. Just make sure you don't have lots of backlinks from spammy looking sites else you may get penalised/slapped by Google.
You will get traffic and ranking temporary! But how can you create a un related link to your site? Its makes no sense to google. Relevancy is very important is seo (mY personal opinion)
Participating in unrelated forum sites and adding signatures of unrelated website would be a problem?
If the blog is unrelated then its best to try and use anchor text that is related someway to your site (even if its not your main keyword). However, using no anchor text will still have benefits and this will all help with anchor text diversity

The thing is any website can give you benefit but if you use relevant sites then you would get higher benefit... with unrelated sites you would get very little benefit.. this is the thing.. building 1 relevant link is better than building 100s of unrelated links.
High PR links is just considered to be ok. but its always good build relevant links only. It might take some time but when properly executed, definitely you will get a good rankings for your keywords.
High pr link is good but unrelated link impact negatively on your website after creating more backlinks. Also you can generate unrelated traffic on your website besides keywords ranking... so i suggest that create related back link which can generate related traffic.
