    If you want to apply adsense account then you must follow these steps . if you don't follow your application will rejected by Google.

    Rules
    1. Your Website at least 6 month old .
    2. Must Have robot.txt & sitemap.xml
    3. Must Be 100% unique content.
    4. Must be Contact Us and About Us Page .
    5. If you have Website in WordPress its too good .
    6. Don't Use Adult Content Or Adult website for Adsense , you will Banned by google permanently .

    You can apply via blogger but you can't use that code on just any website without getting a second stage approval. They shut that loophole out a year or so ago. If you use blogger adsense on other sites without the second stage approval it will show as blank spaces

    Most easiest thing is to create an account for you tube and enable monetization and sign up for adsense from there and your account will be approved with 2-3 hours.

    I got my AdSense account approved through Blogspot several years ago and now I use it for my websites and YouTube. I posted 10 really good original posts and then applied for Adsense.
