The best solution I would recommend is to use Pinterest and create a board for your client and use their keyword in title, description etc. then use images from their website Then use some software to bookmark the pins such as Ultimate demon, then do the same with blog commenting (you can use scrapebox) pinterest will not be penalized for building links fast

Then scrape an article and spin it making it unique and then post it to article sites.

Last tip for pins, use the url in the description. Something like:

We offer key word, more can be seen at http etc. Within a week you should see the Pinterest board on google Leave it a few weeks and build more links until it is on page 1.
