    Hi,

    Ive not done one of these before so im a little nervous as i dont want to waste peoples time but at the same time i can be quite fussy.

    Im after a web template for a Mortgage Advice firm... that doesnt mean i want houses plastered all over it, i want it to be a professional looking site.

    I quite like the idea of this colour scheme:

    Home
    About us
    Mortgages
    Protection
    Insurance
    Testimonials
    Contact

    The site name is Ch esh ire Mortgage Broker (Without the spaces... i just dont want this page competing with the site).

    I do not really have a budget in place as such, i will be discussing with the client once we have some mock ups but i would think $50 would be a ball park figure.

    Im not sure what extra info you need but feel free to post any questions here, i will be back online in about 4 hours or so.

    Hi Maniacal - Thats quite nice.
    A couple of things...
    Im not a huge fan of the buttons at the top - i tend to prefer links. The site does need to look professional. But overall it is quite nice.
