Hello, sometimes I see, that expiring domains have GPR 3, 4, or 5. When I look and check FAKE PAGERANK, then it doesn't have. There is no redirect or something like this. When i check linkbuilding profile, then there are 2 - 10 low backlinks. So, there is question, how can some domain get so high GPR when there are no links and it's not fake GPR?
Probably the backlinks once had a good PR which passed on the PR juice to this domain. You checked for redirects currently or for the entire term of the domain? Sometimes the domains might have redirects and once it gets a PR with the redirects, it could have been removed. This is another possibility.
What is PR juice? When I buy and use this domain, then goes GPR back on 0? I was checking with http://www.checkpagerank.net
PR juice is nothing but the contribution to PR made by the backlinks of the domains. So higher PR back links passes much PR juice (contribution). I assume you are saying that the domain's PR went down to 0 is it? If yes, it could be because once you build a site on that domain and when google starts indexing it, it could have found that the domain is not worth the PR it has and brings it down.
I found a pr 5 domain in very less price, I created a website using Wordpress and I'm trying to rank a keyword, I'm not getting desired result, what I think that if I were using any new domain then the thing may be same compared to this pr5 domain name.
Yes, I am talking about high PSR for domain, which has not redirect (its not sold, mostly you get it for reg fee), sometimes bad history - maybe with archive from 2009 and no backlinks, but still with GPR 4. So I just wanna ask how can these domains have so big GPR. Smme websites with high traffic, many baclinks and history has just GPR 3 for many years and some sux domain with nothing has GPR 4.
