Where is there? Have you tried calling them if they aren't answering your support tickets?

See if the domain name is still available to register, preferably with an actual registrar rather than a reseller for one. Also, find out if the form of payment has already been charged.

14 days is ample time for them to approve or reject your order.

try to register it with namecheap.com (they are pretty good for everything except for .com.au) and then with your current company, try to get a refund as they havent done their job.

I thought as much. Orioncities seems to be a reseller for the actual registrar, eNom.

    Do what matt_62 suggested.

I don't understand a bit! the date they provided isn't consistent with any of my domain!
so Which section of ICANN is consistent with my case here?:(

If the domain name is still available then register it yourself at a reliable registrar. That is the first and most important thing to do. If someone were to register the domain name in the meantime, you would lose it and have no right or claim to get it back - even if your current registrar shows you paid for it. Second, if your credit card or Paypal has been charged for the domain then contact them and dispute the charge.

Stop wasting time filing a useless complaint - that does not solve your problem.

If you did not lose any money and are able to register the domain name elsewhere then your problem is solved and move on with your life. (you probably want to move your other domain from this shitty registrar to a more reliable one)
